Preconstruction Planning

Effective pre-construction planning is the foundation for a successful project. Barger’s team spends deliberate time with clients to produce a plan that fits the needs of the client and satisfies the high-quality standards set by Barger.

 

Preconstruction planning has many moving gears which normally happen all at once, not necessary in simultaneous order. The process will consist of the following:​

  • Define Objectives and Expectations of the Project

  • Detail Project Scope

  • Setting of a Schedule

  • Setting of a Budget

  • Procurement Management

  • Analysis of Construction Site

  • Initial Schematic Design
