MARK WHITE
PARTNER
Mark grew up in a small community on a family farm that his father still operates today. Mark attributes his small town attitude and strong work ethic from his farming background. He graduated in 2002 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. After graduating, Mark worked as the sole owner of Volunteer Landscapes. In 2010, he teamed up with Randall Gillespie, his college team roping partner, to purchase Barger Construction. Mark manages most of Barger's retail and medical contract negotiations. When he isn’t working, Mark is spending time with his wife and three kids. They enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, family vacations, and competitive sports.
RANDALL GILLESPIE
PARTNER
Randall grew up in the small community of Thompson Station, just south of Nashville, Tennessee. He began mowing yards before he had a drivers license. Randall's drive and dedication allowed him to grow his mowing business into a successful venture. In 2010, he partnered with Mark and moved his family to his wife’s hometown, Huntingdon, Tennessee. Randall manages most of the local bids as well as the masonry division of Barger. When he isn’t working, Randall is spending time with his wife and two boys. They enjoy family vacations at the beach, competitive sports, and competitive roping.
